Can someone please let me know what bulb size i need for dipped beam on my 2002 audi A3!

I would like to order some HID's tonight, anyone got a link to some recommended sets?

Also what colour temp should i go for? I am thinking around 5000k, but most kits seem like 4300k or 6000k. I would hate to spend £100+ and get some chav'y blue lights

EDIT: What colour are standard Merc's and BMW's HID lights, they look like white with a very slight blue tint, thats what i would like.

iirc they are H7. i had 6k hids in my A3 they were spot on, but if you want a more oem colour go for the 4300k

H7 Thanks buddy! I think im going to try and get a 50/55watt 5000k set, hopefully this will be sound!

6000k will give you the ice white your after with a slight blue tint any higher is more blue any lower goes more yellow

Well i've gone and ordered some now, 6000k 50watt H7 from here:

2 Years warranty etc...seem pretty good for the price! should be here Thursday so i will keep you updated with pictures and that soon.

No i think thats for the dipped beam, for the normal headlight its H7 i believe.
