Strange creaking/ticking noise

I kept forgetting to post this up. Since I had my MOT done 3 weeks ago I have started getting a Creaking/clicking noise coming from the passenger front wheel area at very slow speeds. I normally get this noise when coming to a stand still. At first I thought it was something to do with the breaks but I can replicate the noise by just pulling away by bringing the clutch to biting point and rolling, then dipping the clutch and coming to a stand still again.

I have noticed no change in driveability or performance so I might just be something needing some grease somewhere.

have yo recently had a CV boot done as sometimes the clips can foul causing a clicking noise at low speeds

The MOT passed with flying colours and no warnings. When I was under the car in January all the boots looked fine. Perhaps the MOT centre checked it and have done something to it by mistake?
