Alloy wheel refurb question

I was down the pub tonight and got chatting to some random bloke. He told me about a company that takes your curbed or minor damaged wheels and replaces them with already refurbished ones they keep in stock. Apparently there a mobile service too! Unfortunately I can't remember what he said the company's called!

Is this just pub talk or does such a company exist? I've tried searching on Google to no avail, its hard to know what to search for!

Is this them? I had to go look, but I remembered seeing an ebay listing for that sort of thing - you send scuffed wheels then they send pre-refurbished ones back and keep yours for the next guy.
