Fault code: 00561

VAG-COM'd my car the other day and got this error, I know its to do with the mixture adaption and is likely to be either a hose split or the exhaust blowing but I was just wondering where to start lookng really.

My A3's is the 1.8T so I was wondering if anyone has had the same error come up and what they found the cause to be?

Thanks for that mate, thats where I pulled my info from originally but wasnt sure whether to start under the bonnet or under the car!
