problem with the s3

Hey all, I have been having some problems with the s3, a banging noise, i put this down to the driveshaft which has now been changed and has not cured the problem, so am back to square one, when the car is on full lock left or right, it feels like the brakes are coming on and locking the back end up, and then releases them, and then comes back on, the back wheel is also turning a lot more than the front wheels, almost like the back wheels are trying to spin up? would a dodgy haldex box make the car do this,

found out what it was, dodgy haldex controller, lifted the hand brake up one notch with esp button on, and it didnt do it,
