oxygen sensor problem, help pls.

Hi, i keep getting a 17545 fuel trim bank 1 (add) system too rich fault code. Does anyone know if this is an oxygen sensor for bank 1 problem? I have a garage receipt stating it is and a part no: 021906262b.
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be great.
