Looks very much like a "GT2871 Eliminator" from ATP. Its a hybrid with ATP's own compressor housing. You will not see anything like that figure quoted. The turbine wheel is known to choke the compressor due to it's small size and they are laggy.
If you are thinking about a garrett, get a full kit with the correct manifold and garrett turbine hot side.
