O2 Sensor & VAGCOM code - Help please.

Just got this code warning...
Fault Code: 16518
O2 Sensor Circuit - No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Is this the upstream or downstream from Cat sensor.

Also where is the best place to get one??
Heard talk of the cheap ones failing again.

I think... might be wrong.
Its the upstream one.
I got mine from Euro car parts. bosch jobie.
I would how ever check the wires to it. and the plug... might have just broke wire??
Normaly they rattle when the are broke. take it out and give it a shack lol.

And is the upstream sensor the lambda sensor?
Cheapest place for a Bosch one?
