Buying an A3

Im looking at buying an A3. Its a 1.8 T Sport 1999.

What will i be on the lookout for when i go and see it?

It's advertised at 48,800 miles for only £3295, with a full service history. Does this sound about right? It just

sounds very dodgy to me m8. unless its been clocked. my 1999 1.8T has done 89k. check the roof rails for rust, check for smoke on start up (cold) and check the display pixels. also check the front tyres for signs of un even wear and make sure there no judder on braking.
