S3 high miles?

Is 120k miles on a 2000 S3 considered high mileage?

What are the 210bhp early 20vts good for mileage wise?

Car is standard and has fsh, i was looking to have it jabba mapped. Reckon she will take it with 120k?

my 1.8T agu kicks out 240bhp and is currently about to clock over 180k, still going perfectly. At it's MOT a few weeks ago all the emissions were very low indeed.

I'd say the engines are good for 200k easily. However, I wouldn't be so sure about the gearbox. Mine broke 2 boxes before it was even remapped!

My 52 plate Bam is on 121k now, as long as there looked after they see upto 200k with ease.

yeah these engines do take some mileage !

as everyone says easy for 200k plus

Car will be fine mate, even with the remap you will be ok...might have to change a few bits afterwards eg coilpacks, but nothing major....
