buying s3 what to look out for?

hi i currently own a 6n2 polo gti and after seeing some of the 20vT conversions i thought i would rather buy a whole car (s3) for the same price. im off to look at a 52plate s3 tomorow currently has 90k on the clock full audi service history is there any common faults i should look out for. what should have been replaced by now? had a look at the buying guide but didnt really cover what i was looking for.

Cam belt, water pump, tensioners etc changed, Clutch? Haldex oils replacced frequently?

went to view the car yesterday and it was mint, comes with 12 month mot and 3 months warranty, got it for £6250. picking it up on wednesday so ill get some photos up once ive given it a mini detail i cant wait.
