creeking type noise under car

The last few days i've been hearing a creeking type noise on my TGS when pulling away although its not everytime just when i pull slightly harder then normal.its seems to be coming from underneath,pretty sure middle to front end.

Been thinking either something to do with the haldex system as i dont know when it was last service(on 87k now)

Or clutch maybe?

I think some people have found it to be related to the front anti-roll bar bushes.

Mk4 golfs also suffer the arb bush problem, so if they havn`t been done its worth a go as they are cheap to do. Think they come with new clamps iirc

yeah petty sure they haven't been changed and i'm on 87k.
think i've seen a few post about arbs so i'll do a search

Had a look on the powerflex site but only list for 2wd or s3 4wd.will the s3 4wd be ok for my a3 quattro?

just get oem ones they are fine

OEM ARBs are fine, I have changed them on mine recently and luckily they dont cost too much either.
