Is it possible to fit 19" new style RS4 wheels onto an 8L pre facelift S3 which has been lowered 25mm?!

if they are original RS4's then no...you'll need PCD adaptors which are 20,25, 30mm wide and may push the rims onto the arch...possibly#

They would have to be replica's and have an offset between ET25-ET35 for them to fit, I'm running 19X8 rims ET35 with 235/35's all round and 5mm/10mm spacers front/rear, with no problems at all.

Ah well as far as im aware they are replicas 5x100 et35 so i dont think ill have a problem with them fitting, i was just concerned about it being lowered on H&R springs, with the possibility of them rubbing the arches!

You will be fine, with my set up, there's still load of room left, and even a few track days have not catched on anything cornering hard.
