head light leveling issues.

ok, last nite + 2nite noticed some issues with my passenger side headlight leveling wrong,
it goes down too low, turn engine/lights off, and start again and it goes back up, . and issues that would make it go/stay angled too low. ??

My drivers side xenon used to do this then just stopped about 3 months ago. I have no idea why but I am not touching it if its working.

check the front & rear sensors on the axles for one thing, also the levelling motor could be on its way out or a short thats making the motor lower when not supposed to, vagcom read would also maybe help
