It looks insignificant - my question - IS IT?
Its about 1 inch diameter and not high and pronounced at all.

Obvioulsy don't want to change two tyres, is it ok if i change one...they are new....

Got any pics?

If not I WOULD take to a tyre specialist to make sure. You don't want a random blow-out at high speed. A couple of hundred quid is worth more than your life

Where is it ? sidewall ? tread ?

If its in the sidewall chances are it will grow.
Change tyre. Ideally you should change 4 tyres all at the same time on a 4x4 car, but if the others don't have much wear on them I'd just change the one.

Re: bumps in tyres

Sounds like a form of blistering or rupture within the tyre, but I'm no expert and as Moff said get it to someone who knows.

I would change it anyway whatever the outcome, because if it's a pocket of air it could blow out causing complete tyre failure.

I can only see a reason to change one if the tyres are new, but also are they still covered under warranty?
