Hi,

I've got a A3 1.6 Sport.

I've seen a set of 18" RSTT/RS4 alloys, will they fit my car without any problems? I have tried searching but there is simply too many posts to go through.

From what I found I will need 225/40 tyres, is this correct? I don't want any scruffing on full-lock etc..

Cheers Lads!

You need 5x100 (i.e. 5 stud, PCD 100) et35 (the offset).

225/40/18 will fit no probs on an S3, not sure about an A3. StuartA3Turbo has an A3 on 19s and he is running 215/35/19 so you maybe better going for 215/40/18 instead.

Hope this helps!

Where is the best place to buy RS4/RSTT wheels from, and how much are they? I would prefer genuine ones rather than replica.

Has anyone had experience with replica's?

Cheers

Replicas are fine, and to be honest, the OE ones arent worth it at the amount they cost! Replicas with the same tires as the OE ones you'd be looking at saving £400.

you can search on ebay for real ones if you like - the oem centre caps are nicer but otherwise you cant usually tell.

rochford had genuine new sets complete with tyres for £1200 where as replicas with good tyes are about £900

you could try ebay - i picked up 4x brand new genuine rims for £600 without tyres and got 235/40/18 pirelli pzero nero tyres for £87 each including delivery.
