airlock nightmare ???

having continued probs with my cooling system on a3 1.8t

i replaced the thermostat last week as the temp gauge sat at 70, i lost alot of coolant and topped it back up but managed to get an airlock i took to a local dealer to get it flushed and replaced which cured the problem

today i stupidly took the expantion bottle cap off whi;le engine was hot, the coolant leveal rose to the top and bubbled now it seems i have another airlock

The hoses are all soft to squeeze and the bottom rad hose is cold when the others are all red hot. im getting 90oc on the dash but 100ish on the aircon screen

any help greatfully recieved

sorry,bit off subject,i heard that you can get all kinds of readings up on the digital air-con screen,is this true,and how do you get them up?
