Problem when braking

Hi need some help on my A3. Past week or so. Everytime i press the break padel the front left head light and rear left break light, keeps flashing.

When the pedal is pressed down and u open the door its start 2 make the buzzin sound like when you leave your headlights on

have you fitted (or had fitted) any new bulbs recently?

yeh the rear left one, but i dont see how this could make a difference :s
