Gearbox Change!

Hi guys
I need to replace my gearbox as it jumps out of 1st gear and have sourced a replacement box however my car is a 1999 and the engine is code is AGU with a EBN gearbox - the replacement is from a AUM engine with a EVS gearbox dated from 2002.

Does anyone know if it will fit my engine and driveshafts ok or is it too different?

iirc the linkages is different for them boxes

could be wrong though
