Hi guys. Thought this may be of some interest to some of you. I bought my 2001 s3 about a year and a half ago and since owning it it has had an annoying squeek from the front passenger side. I read a few threads and replanced the anti roll bar bushes, drop links and the whole bottom arm but it was still there. Over the winter it seemed not to be so noisey which made me think that it had to be some sort of bush, but i was wrong. One day i told the missus im not leaving this garage until i sort out the noise and finally i did. All it was was a plastic sleeving that sits on the anti roll bar where the bush goes over, it just had a crack on the sleeve. Since sorting this i can now really enjoy driving the audi again without crinching every time i go over a speed bump. I wish i had known about this problem before spending on the other bits.
