ipod 6 disc headunit

I was wondering, whats the best way to get your ipod connected to a 6 disc in dash unit with bose

Get an xCarLink from Ebay. There are a couple of different ones, one of which I believe will control your iPod from the head unit, although I've never tried one.

I've got a USB one, which works great with my Symphony II, and has a line-in socket as well...
