s3 gear linkage/cable adjustment

does anyone now how to set up the gear alignment of the cables, think mine may need slight adjustment as can be difficault to select 2nd and feels like alignment fault, ive also recently changed the gear oil for fully synthetic oil and works a treat gearbox is smoth now and not notchy, like it was before and many other 6 speed vag boxes are,

how much was the gearbox oil, and where did you get it from?

well i got it very cheap as my dad has a kit car company next door to a gearbox specialist, ill have a look at what the oil is called and let you no tommorow, would have thought you would be able to get from most motor factors
