Audi S3 - Noise Level db rating

Morning, looking at doing a track day in Abingdon and the noise level is up to 100dB. Does someone know what an 02 BAM remapped S3 is, I would have thought it would be fine but can't find the info. The car has a standard exhaust.

100db is about the same as listening to an orchestra in the front row (gotta love the web).

I doubt your car is louder than that.

On a standard exhaust you will be nowhere even close to the limit!

My mini makes 99dB, and is louder than an S3 could ever be.

Even firing up my 1.8T with just a downpipe (for a laugh) it's still not as loud as my mini on tickover!

Turbo cars are generally not TOO loud. Some americans even think of a turbo as a rotary silencer! (muppets)
