Can a non audi cd changer be fitted to glove compartment of a3?

I have a 5 disc blaupunkt changer which fitted into the glove compartment of my last car. Is there any way this can be fitted to the glove compartment of the a3, rather than putting it in the boot?

CD bus cable is normally in the boot so best place is the boot as glovebox is too small.

non audi cd changers will fit in the boot above the wheel arch v. easily - i had a sony one put into my old a3.

not too sure about the golve box though as space is tight

why not get an ipod connection?

I had a cd changer- sold it, and with the money bought an ipod Dension Icelink and just plugged my ipod in More songs and ipod is easily removable anytime you want it
