Cleaning the inside of headlight covers

Hi guys,

I was washing the car this afternoon and noticed that the inside of my headlamp covers look quite dirty. Is it an easy job to clean inside them? I know normal headlights are almost impossible to get inside but I'm not sure about Xenons. It's a facelift model if that makes any difference?!

You can do it for a pre facelift - remove three clips- but with a facelift I am pretty sure they are glued shut...?

Think that its a case of gettin in there with a piece of wire with some cloth on it!

Ah ****** Doesn't sound like it's worth the hassle until the bumper comes off and I can remove the units completey.
