Afternoon all, been a while since i last posted. For the last few weeks my car hasnt been getting up to temp, stays at 70ish, i thought it was the stat, but when in traffic it overheats (as i found out at west midlands safari park in the lion enclosure last weekend lol) so i booked it in for a cam belt and water pump, new stat & flush & refill with g12.
Just got the car back and it still overheating when stationery! Anyone got any advice what the next step is?

The fans dont switch on either, the dash temp now sits happily at 90 when driving and on the climate display it reads between 88+92 when driving, really dont know where to turn now any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply mate, am i right in thinking the switch is located on the bottom hose somewhere? Only the bottom hose stays cold, but the top one is hot! Could this be a blocked rad maybe?
