Im looking to buy an s3 but the one i looked at the interior lights or sunroof are not working? could this be becaus eof somethign as simple as a fuse?

when i had my old a3 i had problems with my sunroof when i locked my car the sunroof would open,so im pretty sure it had something to do with the central locking,could be the same on that s3 as interior lights should come on when unlocking the car and then go off when locking it.just a guess though mate.
Thats a good point mate cause the bloke this say the remote central locking wasnt working cause the battery in the fob was dead he was prob wrong then. Think i will just steer clear of it!
