Faulty N75 valve???

Ive had a few running problems with my car ecently, its been jerky under acceleration and not seeming to be boosting fully all the time.

By reading through posts i presumed that this was down to a faulty MAF, although managed to get my car plugged into vagcom tonight and a N75 fault code came up so am just wondering if this is likely to be the cause of my running problems and also, if so what n75 would people reccommend me getting?
i have a 97' agu thats booked into jbs for stage 2 with my new k03s on friday
