Febi cambelt kit and damper

are they good? need to replace the cambelt soon adn was just wondering if Febi would be safe to use...

vagparts, gsf and Euro Car Parts sell cheaper than dealers, does it mean the quality is less? I doubt it...

that's why I was asking about Febi

i said ask why....i didnt say it wasnt worth it.....you buy Audi bits you pay the premium for the certainty of knowing the parts are genuine....as it happens there are a few on here in the 'know' and 'know' that a certain brand of cambelt is the very same that supply VAG.....

like i said, ask the question...... simple

I personally havent heard of Febi before. But i do know that Gates and Conti do a kit with the hydraulic damper included and are very reliable manufacturers. Cant comment on the Febi one though im afraid as have no experience with them!
