    Stealers/Coil packs/Warranty

Might be a stupid question (so I apologise if it is) but if my 2002 S3 is now out of warranty, will the Stealers still replace coil packs free of charge?

No,coilpacks have a five year warranty because of known issues on the 1.8t engine but your just out of the time
PS if getting coilpacks from GSF buy the dearer ones as the others are not very good at all ( my mates ones lasted a week)

I had a coilpack changed recently - the guy from Audi Assist who came out to fix it said that if the car was out of warrantly (mine isn't) then up to 5 years old, the coil packs would be free but they would charge for labour to change them. Over 5 years old, you pay for the coil pack and the labour.

    Hope that helps...
