boost probs

Hi guys when i bought my car (99 s3) it was already mapped it was running 255 bhp @20 psi boost, But since fitting my exhaust, and a fmic i noticed the boost is now only around 14-15 psi,
It still seems to go the same i just assumed that it took more boost to fill the intercooler ????.
But my question is there anyway of turning my boost back up to around say 19 psi safely??.

Hi Jeff

first thing i would do is check all the new, and the old come to think of it, hose connections sounds like you have a small boost leak, you can lose pressure in longer length tubes but your down 25% seems a lot to me

Yea cheers mate i have looked all over the pipes and they are tight ??
it does hold the 14-15 psi thats why i dont think i got a leak ?? any more ideas cheers mate..
