    01413 Lateral Acceleration Sensor G200

It appears I have a fault with this, which is probably why my ESP isn't working :P

Anyway, how hard is this to replace on an '01 S3, and where can I find the spare part online, or will I need to go to a dealer.

It is a DIY job - it is mounted underneath the steering column. You need to remove the lower dash surround on the drivers side and then you should see it on an L shaped bracked along with the other sensor (Longitudinal). Expect to scrape your knuckles to bits getting it off! It costs approx 90 and as far as I'm aware, is an stealer only part.

There is definitely a guide on here if you search - I followed it when I replaced mine earlier in the year.
