Hi Nickelvery - did you come to a solution for the EVAP code?
the same one has cropped up on my S3 this week.

Cheers

Do you have any issues with your fuel flap? i.e you get a hissing sound of the pressure being released when undoing the the fuel cap?

nope i dont get any noise when opening the fuel flap.
what would that indicate out of interest?

It would indicate a ******** gravity valve in the fuel tank, meaning a fuel tank off job to get to it.

But you haven't got that so all is good!!

On the EVAP issue, have a look around the canister to see if any leakages are there.

certainly will do.
..... erm wheres it located?!

you needing an RS3 badge by the way - just noticed your sig and I've got one kicking around the garage thats still in the packet :)

Next to the Power Steering Fluid container it has the hoses coming out of it.

Unforunately not as I haven't got an RS3 yet and I doubt I ever will, then again you never know!
