Rear washer jet is weak

Just a quick one, when i use my rear washer jet it dribbles out and hardly reaches the screen has anyone had this before ?

Ive checked that the jet isnt blocked and there is plenty of water,could this be a kinked tube ?

I had the exact same problem. Check out this thread by HTC. The cost of the repair kit was £21 ish from VAG Parts and was a doddle to fit.

Have you checked to make sure it isn't spraying into the boot. The pipe comes off the sprayer. I had my boot sensor replaced 4 times because water had shorted it out.

couldnt see any water in the boot,it is coming out of the washer jet but it dribbles out all prob get that repair kit,have you got the part number jester,

Is it coming out ok in the front jets? If not, run hot water throught eh system and spray. Some cheaper windscreen wash (or no fluid at all!) gets real thick after a while and starts to resemble jelly...

Isn't there some filters on the washer bottle? Seperate for front and rear....?

fronts work fine,just the rear thats playing up,i know most washer bottle have gauze filters to stop crap getting throgh to the washers but didnt know the front and rear had individual filters,cheers again guys
