Which Gearbox and Diff Oil?

Hi,

I'm in need of some advice. I'm getting my 2001 S3 225 serviced tomorrow and want to know if anyone has any suggestions on what is the best gearbox and differential oil to use? The car has 45k miles under its belt and not got a full service history so i'd like to change all to be sure,to be sure(excuse the irish pun)....
