Advice on sale of 2001 1.8T

i might need to sell my much loved 2001 Audi A3 1.8t to fund work on my house...

here is the spec

Full black nappa leather interior.. mint condtion

in mint condtion... only used twice a week
due to my job...

I have done some looking around and due to the high spec
prices have been from £5500---£5900


Is this about right

also i might be going back to world of the clio sport 172
