    Trying to understand brakes

    ok 2 things

    1. am confused with uprated brakes
    2.i am drunk

    people put porsche boxster brakes on, how do you know what fit,

    for example would this work and what else would i need (and costs)

    Rick, unless you really want to spend £££s, I think you should stick with the standard brakes with maybe uprated disks and pads. If you plan to go to track days or drive your car pretty hard for long bursts, then uprated calipers is for you bud. I originally purchased my Brembo's for the BLING factor if I'm being honest, but I have been to a few track days and even warped a pair of the drilled Brembo disks(£350+vat - Ouch!) in the process, so they have come in handy for me in the end.
