Trying to understand brakes

Rick, unless you really want to spend £££s, I think you should stick with the standard brakes with maybe uprated disks and pads. If you plan to go to track days or drive your car pretty hard for long bursts, then uprated calipers is for you bud. I originally purchased my Brembo's for the BLING factor if I'm being honest, but I have been to a few track days and even warped a pair of the drilled Brembo disks(£350+vat - Ouch!) in the process, so they have come in handy for me in the end.
