Two engines in 3 months - need some help please!

Evening all, I've had a bit of a 'mare lately (have now gone through two engines in my S3 in 3mths), and I was wondering if any you - or anyone you know - has a reliable one for sale?

It's a '99 car, but I'll happily look at an APY or BAM lump...

Hey i was in te same situ last month...i feel for ya, my mechanic got me a used head £425, i rang around and no1 had a head but had complete engines,

Try ebay...but buy at ur own peril

this guy had a complete engine amk £750 complete 01525 210978 (german reccled parts)

dont have number but 4rings audi breakers may have 1

and there was a breakers...williams or somthing ( a ame as the business name) thta sed they were due a s3 but werent sure on the engine code

also try motors in motion, ive bought loads from em and there service is great

btw...why 2 engines in 3 months?

We stock fully built, part built and tuned 1.8T engines. As you have demonstrated, there is no point rebuilding engines without properly diagnosing the cause. We aren't the cheapest around, but all our engines are fully stripped, checked and put together properly.
