Are Audi car matts washing machine material?

How would you get your car mats in the washing machine?

I nomally just hoover mine, if not a scrub with a wet brush an let them dry.

no, they are rubber backed.. i just use some 1001 carpet cleaner and a power hose quite a distance away.. and then Thomas to dry them off

Rubber or fabric? Seriously I don't think a washing machine is a good idea for Fabric ones, will probably never dry straight. Carpet shampoo and a VAX (or similar carpet cleaner!):thumbsup:

I do what Frog does, just gently rub/shampoo them then power wash off till no soap 'froths' up, then hang them on the washing line till dry.

In the past I've done the same with cloth, non electric seats! Takes days and days to dry but they come up brand new!
