Flashing Inspection light

Does anyone know how to turn this off. I normally get mine serviced by a friendly mechanic I know rather than get robbed at my local dealer. But I have just now got this INSP flashing where the mileage is. Does this everytime I start the car for 15/20 seconds then disappears.

There must be an easy way to zero the counter or just turn it off. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burningmad.gif

The manual tells you how to turn it off. Think its under the DIS stuff. I'll have a look this evening and tell you if you haven't found it.
