What brakes do you recommend for remapped S3?

Hey everyone i need some new brakes (Pads and discs) for my S3 (2001) which has been remapped and was just wondering which ones people had on there cars at the moment and what they thought of them?

I've heard good things about the junior Gt kits! Any good? And are anyone do any good deals on them? LOL

Also heard some good things about EBC?

The front ones are worn a fair bit so does that mean i have to replace the rear ones aswell? Or are the sold seperatly? Lol you can tell im not a mechanic!
