Brake Bleeding

I`m putting the Brembo GT kit on my s3 tomoz... My car is pushing into the high 200`s powerwise and my standard brakes are shocking.. I seem to have alot of pedal travel.. Can anyone give me any advice about bleeding the s3 brakes.. As I was always taught do n/s rear, o/s rear, n/s front, o/s front.. is this correct?? I have also read about using vagcom which i have..

I think you have to use vagcom to activate the abs pump so that it bleeds properly. Probably worth getting it done properly at audi or a specialist afterwards, its only about £50-60
