Spray painting lower trim

I am going to go for it lads and ladies...

spray painting lower (black) trim, ANY WORDS OF ADVICE. I completed the task on my white VW Bora about 3 years back and it looked ideal so, what the hell, it will keep me busy for a while...

The rear bumper is faded so I am going to take that to a professional to get done, but the trim on the sides and front should be easy enough...!!

OOHH and on that note, does anyone know of a good body/spray shop in the Berkshire (Maidenhead/Windsor) area?

my advise would be to not do it at all, dont like fully colour coded 8L A3's.....

I've done the same thing on my silver prefacelift a3 and it looks great. The whole car now looks different and kinda has the S3 look. I've been trying to post pics but for some reason im not allowed to :-(

get plastic primer not normal metal stuff
