New A3 Side Light Bulb Change

Anyone have a clue how you get the sidelight bulb out of the light assembly. Main beam bulb is easy but the sidelight seems to be jammed in with a rubber bung and it is impossible to get a good grip on it. Is there a trick to this, is there a special tool or do Audi employ very strong small children to extract them ?

So no-one knows how to take the bulb out ?

Underwhelmed by the response. BTW worked out how to do it, small flat blade screwdriver inserted into gap and pry it out.
