spark plugs?

im going to service my car and was just wondering what spark plugs i should buy my car is 2001 s3 210bhp but lookin to get it chipped within the next few months,cheers

cheers dave where is the best place to get them as im sure halfords wont do them,and do you know what the gap should be on the spark plugs,cheers again

these are the standard OEM plugs used

Standard OEM plugs are not good enough for remapped cars. Or at least, they work, but the IK22's are a heat range colder so run better when remapped.
