New Battery - Electric window problem

Hay guys,

Had to bump my car for a few days this week so picked up a new battery - ****** mare removing it.. anyway was of for about 10 mins so dunno if the ECU has reset?

What i have noticed is that the electric windows no longer go all the way down or up at a flick of the switch... if you get me.

i have to hold the button... how can i fix it?

just send them all the way down and then back up again, they need to re-learn their position

Just replaced my battery last week and had the same problem.

All you need to do is lower the windows, then bring them up to fully closed. When closed keep your finger on the up button for a further 1-2 seconds. This resets the windows.

Actually, all you have to do is pull the window switch upwards for a second or 2 with the window fully closed, and that will do the trick, not too sure why it's required that you wind it all the way down and back up again?
