the company where i work has been sold and new owners have taken over , i need to know if i should be entitled any money from old owners?

You'll be covered by TUPE legislation (Transfer Undertaking of Protected Employment) or something like that!

Basically the new owners have to honour every part of your employment contract with the previous business owners.
