facelift lower front bumper on prefacelift

hiya,
has anyone put a facelift lower front bumper ie, one with fogs, onto a prefacelift car?
im assuming itll be a straight swap.. i hope o cos i just bought a new lower front bumper from a facelift haha..

anyone done this..

ps. i know its a bumper off job to change them, soo im waiting till i replace the headlights too untill i take the bumper off.

Do you mean like the one they sell on VAG parts, with the fogs in it. Was thinking of getting this myself, and I think it is a straight swap, although you may need to do some re-wiring in order to make the fogs work. Anyone know anymore?

thats true i suppose the one they sell is just a facelift lower bumper, hopefully unmodded.
i just got mine from ebay, not too worried about wiring up the fogs just yet, i never use them anyway. (just want the cleaner look!)haha

Yeah it'll bolt on, if you arent gonna wire teh fogs up then take them out come mot time.
