Lambda readings

I had my S3 hooked upto VagCom courtesy of ShineyDave on Saturday and we did some logging. The MAF reading seemed a little low at a peak of 196g and also the lambda reading stayed at the same figure over a couple of runs. Does anyone know whether it is supposed to fluctuate? I'm wondering whether it is knackered and isn't letting as much air into the engine as it should be.

Yes, lambda VOLTAGE should fluctuate from 0,1 to, lets say, 0,9V.
